Al Habtoor Pin

Describe your design:

My design is the initials 'AH' for 'Al Habtoor' overlapping each other with UAE flags on either side, a drawing of the Burj Khalifa underneath, and 'Al Habtoor' written in English and Arabic below and above the 'A' and 'H'. I came up with this idea by starting to think about the Dubai skyline. I thought about the buildings and decided to make the initials look like blocky building. Then, I realized I could have them over lap. I also wanted to include the Burj Khalifa as it is a famous part of Dubai, and I drew it at the bottom. It took me a while to decided where to place the flags but I ultimately decided on placing them on either side of the initials. Lastly, I wrote 'Al Habtoor group' in English at the bottom, and 'Al Habtoor' in Arabic at the top.

Reflection:

I liked the lesson as I found it fun to create a pin or logo for people to wear, it made me want to create the pin and put more effort into my design.
